Booking & Payment
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- A $500 refundable security deposit is due upon booking to secure your dates.
- The full rental rate plus the $100 cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- The security deposit is released within 2 days of departure, minus the $16.95 per-person park registration fee.

What to Bring
Guests are responsible for bringing all linens, including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels.
House Rules
- No pets — no exceptions.
- No smoking indoors.
- No parties or events.
- Family-friendly trailer only.
- Quiet hours and Sherkston Shores Resort rules apply.
Sherkston Shores Resort Access
Sherkston Shores fun passes are required for resort amenities (water park, mini golf, arcade) and must be purchased separately through the resort welcome centre. The fee is $16.95 per person, deducted from your security deposit on departure.
